I bought this old silver amulet in Old Delhi, India. It was made in the Rajasthan district which is known for its jewelry making. It has traditional granulation work and wire work. This lovely box pendant hangs from a strand of hand-knotted silver beads.

The necklace is 18 inches long and closes with a large hook and loop clasp. The pendant is 2 inches top to bottom and 2 inches wide at the widest point.
