These beads each depict the faces of arhats and are hand-knotted with smaller lapis beads. An arhat in Buddhism is someone who is liberated by following the teachings of a Buddha. Each bead is unique and individually hand carved.

The necklace is 34 inches long and closes with a large hook and loop closure.
