Red Coral and Silver Tibetan Pendant
    235.00
This antique pendant was originally a button used to adorn ceremonial clothing in Tibet. Tibetans revere coral which is ever more precious as Tibet is a land-locked country. Pieces of coral traveled great distances to be available for jewelry making in Tibet. It is believed that coral will protect the wearer, calm emotions and restore harmony.

This antique silver mandala design hangs from 19 inches of hand-knotted red coral and a pair of antique silver Indian beads. The pendant is 2 inches across.
