Peacock Blister Pearl Three-Strand Necklace
Three strands of hand-knotted blister pearls cascade to form a crown of myriad shimmering colors of black, blue and purple. These gorgeous Peacock Pearls are actually blister pearls. They develop inside the mother-of-pearl shell of a freshwater clam, but never fully emerge. Instead they remain partially embedded, forming beautiful and unique baroque shapes with marvelous luster.
These blister pearls are a shimmery, deep inky blue and come together with hand hammered bronze connectors. The shortest strand is 16 inches and the longest is 19.5 inches.
